Who will I see for my treatments?
What are the opening times of the clinic?
Our clinics are open on selected weekdays and weekends between 10 am and 7 pm. Clinic appointments are strictly limited and we typically book out clinics 4-6 weeks in advance so please book early to avoid disappointment.
How can I book and pay for my treatment?
A £100 deposit is required to secure appointments which is deducted from the treatment price on the day. This deposit is nonrefundable.
You can book and pay for the deposit online or we can book you in over the phone on 020 3873 7615. To book online please select the “Book” menu, you can select your location and practitioner to see available dates.
The deposit is non-refundable and will be put towards any treatment you have on the day. The remaining balance will be due on the day.
We accept debit/ credit card payments including American Express and cash payments. We don’t offer any finance options.
We never discount treatment prices, however, we do offer a number of set packages which you will find on our clinic price list.
How much will I pay for my Treatments?
You can see a full pricelist on the website, or request an information pack online and we will email you the price list.
Whilst there are many bespoke packages, individual quotes may vary due to quantities used. Different facial appearances may require more or less treatment syringes, or the treatment itself may be different to what is listed following consultation and facial assessment. This will be discussed with you by your practitioner on the day of treatment.
Do you offer a free consultation appointment?
All our appointments are consult and treat on the day. A consultation only appointment is charged at £100 (the booking deposit you pay) and is not transferable to a treatment at a later date.
What time will my appointment be?
When booking your appointment for our Raynes Park (Wimbledon) and Harley Street clinics you can select a 30-minute time slot on your chosen date.
Please be aware that due to the nature of work involved, your appointment may be delayed on the day in some instances. You can check this with the reception desk on arrival on the day of your appointment.
Do you have a cancellations list?
We don’t operate a cancellations list, however any cancelled appointments will always be added straight back onto the website and available to book. Keep a look out on our Instagram and Facebook stories for updates on any last minute spaces.
Do you offer Permanent Fillers or remove them?
No, I’m afraid we don’t offer permanent fillers or remove them.
