A comprehensive medical history will be obtained, and written informed consent is mandatory before any treatment is administered.

• A non-refundable £100 deposit is applicable to all appointments.
• Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice. Contact [email protected] or call 020 3873 7615.
• Failure to attend an appointment or cancellation results in payment retention by the company, and no refunds will be issued.
• DMC reserves the right to amend or cancel dates or locations. Travel expenses or accommodation costs are not the responsibility of DMC.
Appointment Conduct and Termination:
• DMC reserves the right to cancel appointments or discontinue services for disruptive, defamatory, or impeding behaviour.
• Treatments are reversible but non-refundable. No treatment proceeds without explicit consent, and patients are encouraged to see the same practitioner for reviews.
Late Arrival To Appointments:
Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. A late arrival is defined as arriving beyond 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.
Derma Medical Clinic reserves the right to deem a client as late if they arrive beyond the specified grace period.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment as we prioritise maintaining the schedule for all clients.
Cancellation policies outlined in our general terms and conditions apply to late arrivals.
If a client fails to arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled appointment time without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.
The full service fee will be charged for no-shows.
Clients are encouraged to notify Derma Medical Clinics as soon as possible if they anticipate being late.
Late arrival notifications should be made by phone to + 44 020 3873 7615 or email to [email protected]
Exceptions to the late arrival policy may be made at the discretion of Derma Medical Clinics under special circumstances.
Clients with extenuating circumstances should contact Derma Medical Clinics in advance to discuss their situation.
Derma Medical Clinics reserves the right to modify this late arrival policy at any time without prior notice.
Clients will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of their scheduled appointment.
Acknowledgment: By scheduling an appointment with Derma Medical Clinics, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Consultation Appointments: All appointments are consultations and treat on the day. A consultation-only appointment is charged at £100 and is non-transferable to a later treatment.
Price Structuring & Packages: Individual quotes may vary based on quantities used. Facial appearances may require different quantities or types of treatments, discussed on the day. A full price list is available on the website.
